Assist with collecting all the required documents for the process.
Draft the required application documents.
Assist with complying with all visa application documents, such as the International Travel Insurance, accommodation in Portugal, and finance statements.
Assist with the filling out the visa application form for the Portuguese Embassy, Consulate or VFS Global.

Schedule the meeting for the Residence Permit at the Foreigners and Borders Services (SEF) when necessary.

NIF Creation

Schedule an appointment and apply for the NIF Creation application at the Portuguese Tax Authority.
Provide a Portuguese representation address for one year to comply with the NIF creation requirement, renewable for another year for a 250 € fee.

Send information about properties that meets the Client’s preferences.
Manage Real Estate Due Diligence to ensure that the Client’s investment is safe and in compliance with Portuguese rules.
Analyze the “Caderneta Predial Urbana and Certidão Predial Permanente of Conservatória” related to the Property Registration.
Analyze communications made by the owner to exercise the preemptive right with the competent entities.
Analyze the license to use, authorizations, or administrative approvals issued by the authorities.
Analyze restrictions on property rights or property usage imposed by law or contracts.
Assist in collecting all the required documents for the transaction.
