Visa Assistance

Analysis of documents by Viv Europe’s experts.
Assist with collecting all the required documents for the process.
Draft the required application documents.
Assist with complying with all visa application documents, such as the International Travel Insurance, accommodation in Portugal, and finance statements.
Assist with the filling out the visa application form for the Portuguese Embassy, Consulate or VFS Global.
Monitor the process until its conclusion.
Schedule the meeting for the Residence Permit at the Foreigners and Borders Services (SEF) when necessary.

NIF Creation

150€

Analysis of documents by Viv Europe’s experts.
Schedule an appointment and apply for the NIF Creation application at the Portuguese Tax Authority.
Provide a Portuguese representation address for one year to comply with the NIF creation requirement, renewable for another year for a 250 € fee.
Monitor the process until its conclusion.

Bank Account Creation

Contact the bank institution and intermediate the bank account creation process.
Represent the Client for signing the bank forms.
Apply for the bank account creation at a Portuguese bank institution.
Monitor the process until its conclusion.

Accommodation Services

Search and selection of properties based on the Client’s preferences.
Send information about properties that meets the Client’s preferences.
Manage Real Estate Due Diligence to ensure that the Client’s investment is safe and in compliance with Portuguese rules.
Analyze the “Caderneta Predial Urbana and Certidão Predial Permanente of Conservatória” related to the Property Registration.
Analyze communications made by the owner to exercise the preemptive right with the competent entities.
Analyze the license to use, authorizations, or administrative approvals issued by the authorities.
Analyze restrictions on property rights or property usage imposed by law or contracts.
Assist in collecting all the required documents for the transaction.
