Can you find a rental before I arrive in Portugal?
Yes — that's the most common case. We search, vet and view remotely, and you can sign the lease before you land.
Do I need a NIF to rent in Portugal?
Yes, a NIF is required to sign a lease. If you don't have one yet, we can obtain it for you — it's one of our individual services and pairs naturally with the property search.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Portugal. Most clients land in Lisbon, Porto, Braga or the Algarve, but the search follows your brief, not a fixed list.
Do you help with buying property too?
Our core service is rental search and lease support. If you're looking to buy, we connect you with vetted local partners and support the relocation side of the move.
What about utilities — electricity, water, internet?
Utilities activation in your name is a separate individual service we offer once you have the lease. Many clients bundle the two.
Is proof of accommodation enough for my visa application?
